- We take security very seriously and we do not
sell your email or personal information to others.
- Upon our discretion, we have right to
cancel your order if we suspect that credit card is stolen or suspicious, did
not receive all the required information that we request to verify the credit
card or item(s) is(are) out of stock. When we cancel your order, your credit card still be looked like it's been
charged, but it is refunded and will be credited back to either your bank (Debit
Card) or credit card company within few days, depend on your credit card or bank
process time. Also, we do not hold the funds, rather, the credit process company
who is processing credit cards. Therefore, please wait until refund process is
complete.
-Credit Card Allocation Process:
This process is required for all online credit card purchase to protect
merchants. What this process does is when the customer place an order, the
merchant's credit card processing company (not us or any other online
merchants), hold that ordered amount so that when the order is shipped out, the
fund will be available for charge. Also this process is to prevent customers
from having less fund than ordered amount. For that reason, if your bank or
credit is less than your ordered amount, your card will be rejected. Since the
credit card processing company is holding funds for "allocation" process, even
though the item has not been shipped out, it still looks like your credit card
has been charged by us or online merchants, but which is not. Please allow few
days to credit back to your credit card or bank account.
- We only charge your credit card after we ship
out the merchandise. Your credit card might seems like it's been charged,
although your item is not shipped, but the fund is held by credit card
processing company.
-Please note that you might see on your bank
account or credit card that we took out the money, but our credit card
processing company uses our company name, Bohyme Ext, to show you that your
credit card is ready to process. So, if your order has been cancelled, please
allow few days, depend on crediting processing time, to credited back to you.
International Orders
- To avoid frauds, we only accept Western Union
Money Transfer. Unless if our credit card system can varify credit card billing information.
- After we receive your order, we'll email you
again for shipping fee with total amount and money transfer direction.
- As soon as we receive the fund, we'll process
your order. However, if the item is out of stock or discontinued, we'll give you
refund with Western Union Money Order or other method that you prefer -
including credit card.
- Please research your country's customs
fee, taxes, regulations and etc. to avoid surprise fees. We are not responsible
for all such fees.
International Returns
For all the international return or
refusal of packages, you are responsible for all the shipping and extras, such
as customs fees, duties and etc., extra local handling fees.
Returns
- Please contact us via email or
Customer Support before send us the
item to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and returning instructions.
- Unless otherwise stated, you must return items within
15 days after delivery.
- All returns must be in original conditions and must include the original packaging
(manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, tags, etc.) and RMA number.
- If your return is not complete and not in original conditions, it will be
rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you and you will be
charged again for returning item to you.
- If you are returning a non-defective product,
you must pay return shipping fees and all shipping will not be credited, including original shipping fee.
- If returned item(s) (due to wrong provided address) is(are) not claimed or replied after we sent out email regarding returned reason, we'll treat the returned item as non-defective item and we'll deduct address correction fee or return fee (if applicable) and 15% restocking fee after 15 days of notification.

- We charge 15% restocking fees for all returns,
unless otherwise stated.
