If the ordered item is available, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
Following methods are available for different parts of regions.
 

Please note that UPS does not deliver packages to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Also, even though UPS does deliver packages to international, because of its high rate, we do not offer it for international shipping.

1. Shipping Methods

-US Mainland: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express.

-US Territories ( AK, MP, GU, HI and PR): USPS Priority Mail.

-APO/FPO: USPS Priority Mail

-Canada: UPS Canada Standard or USPS Air Parcel Post.

-Out of USA: USPS Air Parcel Post  or Express- Shipping fees will be calculated and email to you for confirmation.

4. Lost Shipment / No Tracking Number

If you do not have or lost the tracking number, please contact us for the tracking number or information.

If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it could be somewhere safe. Please check your office, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor.

If you still are not able to locate the package and it is past the shipping timeframe, please email or go to Customer Support so we may be able to resolve the issue.

5. Returned Packages and Fees

Unfortunately, we do not refund returned item's shipping and/or additional fee.

The shipping companies may charge address correction (such as wrong unit number and/or zip code) or return fee. We'll notify you before we charge applied fees on your credit card account.
